Trial Assessments

Organisational performance data, rather than promises, are analysed to estimate when an organisation will hit Net Zero and social value targets.  

Friction causes delays and barriers to engagement. We aim to create a frictionless experience minimising time investment and frustration.  

Expressed as a simple, easily communicable, dial device, a “date” reflects progress to meeting targets, as well as indicating the amount of data or verification provided, to prevent greenwashing. 

New data creates new “dates”, removing lengthy & costly review processes, with action improving an estimation, rather than waiting for lengthy review processes.

Expectations of businesses to act "sustainably" are increasing, but many assessment approaches are subjective, interpreting future promises into today's rating. By focusing on available performance trends, and reporting on available data, we reflect both commitment to action and transparency.  

Not all businesses have gathered the data suitable for assessment, but that should not hinder the start of their journey. We advocate the use of appropriate benchmarks to guide initial engagement, rather than wait for a perfect data world to exist. It won't.
